Habitat on Tap – Housing and Legislation

There is a lot going on with our campus chapter this month. Get your hands dirty at a regular Habitat house build, or a MAN BUILD if you are a male student. Serve a 5-course meal at the Chefs for Change dinner, or help at a soup kitchen in downtown Minneapolis. Visit the volunteer page to learn more and register today.

This was an exciting week for our chapter as we reached 1,000 volunteer hours after working at the Habitat Panel Plant on Saturday. Thank you to all students that have participated in one of volunteer events this semester - we are very proud of our active campus chapter!

Office hours for this week will be held on Monday from 11:15 - 1:00 and 4:30 - 8:00 in STSS 144. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Break!

There will be no general meeting the Wednesday before Thanksgiving break. We will meet again the following Wednesday, November 30th at 6pm in STSS 330. This meeting will include a cool, hands-on competition so stay tuned for more details!
