Compassion for Humanity

Spring 2010 Compassion for Humanity
March 3, 5:30 pm
Molecular and Cellular Biology Building, Room 2-122

In an effort to make this semester's Compassion event a success, we are asking for food donations including: peanut butter, jelly, pretzels, Chex mix, peanuts, M&M's, and bread. For all you Habitaters with a ridiculous amount of FlexDine, here is a great opportunity to use it! Bring donated food items to our office (room 226 in Coffman) by this Friday February 27th

Held during one general meeting a semester, Compassion for Humanity is an opportunity for members to make bag meals to be handed out at the Listening House in St. Paul following the meeting. It is a great opportunity to meet and talk to other U of M Habitat members.

Our Compassion event for Fall 2009 was held during our October 21st general meeting. Sixty students made over 120 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches along with trail mix, which were handed out at the Listening House after the meeting. Thank you to all members who helped make this event a success!
